Hello! I’m Elissavet, an Information Technology Professional currently working in the IT department of the 6th Regional Health Directorate at the Health Ministry of Greece.
Transforming challenges into elegant hardware and software solutions is what I do.

I studied “Information Technology Applied to Business and Economics” (or simply, “Applied Informatics”), graduating with a score of 8.29/10, placing me among the top of my class.
My journey in the online world began in 1999, and since 2003, I have dedicated myself to web development and design. My expertise lies in database design and management and full-stack web development, where I code both back-end and front-end with meticulous attention to detail and an artistic touch.
My goal is to help with innovation using technology by solving information management problems.
Feel free to check out my work on my GitHub and CodePen profiles, where I share some of the small projects I undertake in my spare time.
But who is this Elissavet, really?
I’ll let you in on a few fun facts!
Elissavet is Greek for Elizabeth, and it’s pronounced as “ell – ee – s AA – v et“. It’s from the Ancient Greek name Ἐλισάβετ or Ελισσάβετ (Elisábet), a transliteration of the Old Testament Biblical Hebrew אלישבע (Elisheva, “my God is an oath”).
Beyond my professional life, I am an avid crocheter, a dreamer, and an INFP, among countless other things.
I have a soft spot for fluffy kittens and sour cherry juice, I’m a fan of sci-fi, and of course, I love coding.
Currently, I reside in Patras, Greece, but I hail from the picturesque town of Karpenissi, where the stars twinkled brightly on clear nights, the breezes carried the scent of Alpine freshness and new snow, and the breathtaking view of the Milky Way made summer nights unforgettable…
